Riedel at the NBR

Radio
Riedel has a permanently installed radio infrastructure at the Nürburgring that can be used all year round. This offers complete coverage of all relevant areas at the Nürburgring including the GP circuit, Nordschleife, paddock as well as event and parking areas in the surrounding area. In addition, the integration of intercom technology (wireless and wired) into the radio communication is possible.
Intercom
A permanently installed wireless intercom infrastructure is also available for our intercom technology at the Nürburgring. This ensures complete coverage of the pit lane, the pits and the paddock. An extension of the coverage for other areas of use (pit wall, VIP lounges, etc.) is possible on request.
Video & data transmission
In addition to the services already described in the areas of radio & intercom, video or data transmissions in the area of the paddock and the pits can also be mapped via our infrastructure.
Services
We offer individual solutions in terms of call channels, number of devices and required accessories. We will be happy to support you in designing individual communication matrices so that you can benefit in the best possible way from the solution provided.
Our portfolio also includes ready-made sets for teams, which can be rented for individual races or for an entire season and are ready for immediate use. The entry-level solution, for example, includes two handheld radios and a vehicle radio, as well as two talk groups for communication with the vehicle and the team.
In addition, suitable cable harnesses and hearing/voice sets for helmet installation, including installation service, can be purchased.
Within the scope of our permanent presence at the Nürburgring through our "Riedel Shop NBR", short reaction times are guaranteed. This also applies to the provision of additional material if this is required at short notice. We are also happy to offer technical support, through qualified personnel, at any event.
