In case your RIEDEL product is not working properly, please check with your local dealer, your local Riedel subsidiary, or our Headquarters in Germany. This applies to any software, hardware, or firmware problem.

If your hardware needs repair, we kindly ask you to complete one repair form for each device. This will help to shorten the process.

On the repair form you must select the proper address for your repair: Riedel Headquarters in Germany, Burbank in the USA.  or, for our clients in Russia, Moscow.

RMAs (Return Manufacturers Authorizations) are not necessary
