Our Sales representatives are in charge of distributing our products and solutions in their respective regions. System Consultants support our customers at any time finding technical solutions for any challenges they may face. They train our customers on our products and plan, organize and manage country-specific projects.
The Marketing department manages the global Riedel brand and creates our advertising campaigns in house. Our communication channels build upon each other to realise the desired effect of product launches, branding campaigns and trade show appearances.
Product management is where it all comes together: Our product managers work closely with the development, marketing, sales and manufacturing. They manage our products throughout the entire product lifecycle: Starting with market analysis, determination of specifications to a constant improvement.
