Our definition of Business Enablement is the umbrella of the departments:
Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, Order Management and Human Resources. These five departments provide the infrastructure, on which Riedel is built. Here, the threads are held together in the background. Whether it is paying invoices, procuring important components for the production of our products or recruiting new employees, this area guarantees that the entire company runs smoothly.
Employees of the Business Enablement division therefore also mainly work at our headquarters in Wuppertal. From here, the HR team supports all Riedel locations worldwide. Accounting and Controlling work the numbers of all companies in the Riedel Group while Order Management ensures that customers around the world are supplied.
Thanks to the communications with our international offices, the company's internationality is also reflected in the field of Business Enablement.
