Riedel Communications Goes Down Under

Germany-based manufacturer and rental service provider of advanced digital intercom solutions Riedel Communications has opened a new office in Sydney, Australia.

The office is being led by Peter Cochrane, a renowned broadcast and event communications specialist for more than 20 years, and will cover both rental and sales activities for the Australian market. “I’ve been working with Riedel’s digital intercoms now for some years on various projects and I’m pleased to finally join a team that is really dedicated to future technologies. I look forward to developing Riedel’s presence in Australia”, says Cochrane. Recently Riedel already provided the communications systems for Sydney’s New Year’s Eve fireworks, the APEC conference in Sydney and supported Gearhouse Broadcast at the Australian Open with additional equipment.
