NOB OF THE NETHERLANDS CHOOSES RIEDEL’S

Hilversum, Netherlands (April 28, 2005) – NOB Cross media facilities in Hilversum (NL) have chosen the Riedel Artist M Intercom system. The system will be supplied by D&MS, distributor for Riedel Communications in the Netherlands. The system supplied will be based on four Artist M frames, which are to be connected by a redundant dual ring fibre network to form a single non-blocking matrix of 432 x 432 ports. The installation includes 105 control panels and features the new 2000 series LCD control panels, which were officially introduced at the NAB in Las Vegas. The system is completed with GPI and 4-wire interfaces.

NOB handles the broadcasting process for both the national public and commercial broadcasting companies in the Netherlands for TV as well as IPTV. As a strategic partner for broadcasters as well as producers, providers and other organisations NOB provides for example the broadcast for Nederland 1, 2, 3, BVN and Jetix.
